Vaypor - New

Based on the successful ctt-one, the Vaypor continues Bont’s development in shoe technology.Whilst maintaining the lateral forefoot support synonymous with all Bont cycling shoe models, the Vaypor now has a reduced carbon height around the toe box area and an all new Suede L liner. The base is made by hand by sandwiching cross weave carbon and uni-directional carbon fiber which is embedded with epoxy thermo setting resin. The fibers are hand laid in the matrix according to the strain they will have to bear. Super Mold Technology allows you to obtain a custom fit from a stock boot.

The Bont a-one’s industry leading stack height, weight to strength ratio and power transfer are all part of the new Bont Vaypor.

Vapor World Champion Edition

To celebrate Thor Hushovd's amazing win at the World Road Cycling Championship's in Australia, Bont has released a special World Champion Edition of Bont's premier model the Vaypor.

The Vaypor WCE is adorned with rainbow colours of the world champion and the Norwegian flag.

Designed specifically for the Cervelo TestTeam, the ctt-one continues Bont's tradition to focus on creating cycling shoes with industry leading performance and cycling specific comfort. Bont cycling shoes have become synonymous with performance as leading athletes from within the pro peloton, track and triathlon disciplines have made it their preferred cycling shoe. In addition to their industry leading ability for power transfer, Bont cycling shoes offer also the most anatomical shoe design currently mass produced. Bont cycling shoes are made in the shape of a foot to accommodate a natural foot position and offer functional arch and forefoot support. The ctt-one inherits all of the performance and comfort benefits of the a-one, with a team specific upper including the Bont z-strap.

CTT3 - New

The ctt-three continues the standard set by the class leading a-three road shoe. This new model now features Bont's micro adjustable buckle along with the a-three's fully heat moldable, hand made, light weight monocoque fiberglass chassis.Bont cycling shoes have become synonymous with performance as leading athletes from within the pro peloton, track and triathlon disciplines have made it their preferred cycling shoe. In addition to their industry leading ability for power transfer, Bont cycling shoes offer also the most anatomical shoe currently mass produced. Bont cycling shoes are made in the shape of a foot to accommodate a natural foot position and offer functional arch and forefoot support.The ctt-three inherits all of the structural design features of the a-one, but in materials that allow for its entry level pricing with a team specific upper.

The all new 2011 model a-two has been given an all new design. As with the Vaypor the new a-two now has a lowered carbon height around the toe box area.

The model is made by hand from a combination of carbon fiber and fiberglass. The liner and outer skin are both made of light weight microfiber materials. This shoe has a stack height of just 4.4mm. The a-two is an extremely stiff shoe that allows you to get all your power down to the road. There is virtually no flex in this shoe whatsoever yet it remains comfortable due to our last shape.

The Bont a-two road shoe is made by hand from a combination of carbon fiber and fiberglass. The liner and outer skin are both made of light weight microfiber materials. This shoe has a stack height of just 4.4mm. The a-two is an extremely stiff shoe that allows you to get all your power down to the road. There is vitally no flex in this shoe whatsoever yet it remains comfortable do to our last shape. Bont has over 30 years of last shaping experience.

The a-two is available with a black or white Matt Microfiber upper.

The Bont a-three brings new meaning to the term 'value for money' for a cycling shoe. This is a fully heat moldable, hand made, light weight fiberglass racing shoe that is loaded with features.

This shoe is made by hand using Bont's monocoque manufacturing technique. Each layer of fiberglass is hand laid in different directions before being painted with resin and then bandaged extremely tight to remove any excess resin. The shoe is then baked in the oven for 45 minutes for curing. The light weight outer skin is then stitched and glued to the base. The result is a shoe that is one of the stiffest on the market and all for a very affordable price.

The a-three is available with a black or white Matt Microfiber upper.
