For too long the research centered around aerodynamics has ignored the role which shoes play in the search for precious seconds. Not only is the efficiency of power transfer critical in ensuring that your power is transferred directly to the drive train, but the aerodynamics of the shoe must also be researched. After all, your feet are the fastest moving part of a bike.

The technology used in this shoe pushes every known boundary in terms manufacturing processes and aerodynamics.

Every single part of this shoe has been designed with aerodynamics in mind. From the toe area to the heel & sole, the lace cover to the front and rear sole protectors, each part has been designed to increase the aerodynamics of the shoe through each part of the pedal stroke, placing special emphasis on the part of the pedal stroke where the shoe is moving the fastest.

As with the top of the range a-one road shoe, the Bont crono is of a handmade 100% carbon monocoque construction built for pure speed.

To further enhance the riders performance, we have built this shoe with Bont’s extremely low stack height of 3.6mm, have built it using Bont’s proprietary thermo moldable resin to allow customization, have ensured it maintains Bont’s extremely high standards in shoe stiffness for power transfer all whilst keeping the weight of each shoe under 300 grams.

Zero

The Bont "Zero" model cycling shoe combines all our technical knowledge into one state of the art racing shoe designed specifically for the art of climbing, but to be just as much at home on flat roads.

The Bont Zero is handmade and has a 100% carbon monocoque chassis with a laminated silver fiberglass upper. Our carbon layup techniques have been further refined through testing to reduce the effective weight of the shoe without compromising its structural integrity and performance.

As with all of Bont's elite level shoes, the Zero has a unidirectional carbon construction (with exception of final cosmetic layer), 3.6 mm stack height, industry leading strength to weight ratio and Bont’s proprietary resin allowing customisation of fit.

As with all of our models, the Zero has been built with functionality and performance as the primary focus. Our technology allows for far lower weights to be achieved, but our focus was to design and develop a shoe with full structural integrity and without any loss in performance through flex.

Developed with input from Michael Rogers of HTC-Columbia with 5 months active testing under professional racing conditions.

Vaypor Premium, the unmistakable elegant lines of Bont's flagship model the "Vaypor" further refined by the introduction of next generation materials.

The Vaypor Premium range builds on the enormously successful Vaypor model with the introduction of laminated silver glass fibers into the uppers. Available in two versions, shiny microfiber with glass fiber straps and full silver glass fiber upper.
